The Henry Circuit Board is sadly fairly common for failing, as a result you be get a loss of power or strange behavior when changing from hi to low settings. This is because a component has failed on the circuit board. Sometimes you can visually see this, but not always,

 

We always recommend checking all power supply and motor parts on your Henry when diagnosing a power loss issues.

Please see photo of wiring instructions as these are wired differently th the inferior green board type. If these ared wired incoorectly, it will damage the part
